About me:
My name is Gabriel and I am a Physical Educator.
I love what I do.
I'm passionate for human Physical movement and its relation with psychological, emotive and spiritual benefits and I like to go deeper in this integral/holistic complexity of human beings.
To follow this passion and to get a more professional perspective I studied a bachelor degree in Sciences of Physical Education to support my movement culture background such as Capoeira, Natural Method, Calisthenics, Martial Arts and others which enabled me to get a powerful integral vision of the Evolutionary Perspective of Physical Activity.
I used to own my fitness and wellness centre in Argentina where I am and just before to come to New Zealand I sold the business which used to have an amazing envoirement including staff, clients and athletes.
I practice and teach Natural Method, Capoeira, Calisthenics Strength Conditioning and acrobatics as well. This is my lifestyle...
In all this year's of experience I tought and performed as an acrobat and Capoeira specialist in different countries and on different scenarios as cultural events, social events and private shows and workshops and now I'm bringing 15+ experience to the NZ Community.
The result of this many years researching about movement on unconventional disciplines reveals me the necessity to Reconnect with our true Natural Movement Patterns and with our Natural roots in all senses.
I help people to be more conscious about them lifestyle habits and to do this I offer different experiences like outdoor Natural Trainings, Hybrids Trainings, Retreats, workshops, group and 1on1 sessions, and others.
And now I'm blessed with the opportunity of living in Aotearoa to share my passion with you!

About Om, my special guest:
From a young age the outdoors has always been my own playground. Growing up in a large family of six boys and one sister, finding ways to entertain ourselves on a tight budget ( if any ) was the aim of the game. Fond memories of Dad taking a tribe of kids out to make giant bows & arrows and hunting for treasure in the local scrap piles has set me up with the skills of Bear Grills mixed with the ingenuity of Macgyver to make the most of any situation.
This love for the outdoors lead me to my first job in my early 20s as an outdoor instructor at the Sir Peter Blake Marine Education & Recreation Centre. During my nine years at M.E.R.C I mastered the skills needed to run activities such as Rock climbing, Abseiling, Sailing, Archery, Surfing, High ropes, Corporate Training & Youth Development Programs. Project K was a huge part of my life with the role of lead instructor for 17 day wilderness journeys, community work, and year long mentoring of students.
AUT University was my next point of call in which I graduated with a Diploma of Sport Recreation & Leadership and then further added a Bachelor of Sport & Recreation majoring in the Outdoors.
These days I am the Owner of Craftlab NZ & assioated programmes such as Re Wild your child holiday programmes & book & am also contracted to a number of different organisations & schools to deliver Crafting sessions & training of advanced Sea Kayaking, Navigation, rock climbing, canoeing expeditions & Crafting workshops. Craftlab was created by myself to keep those roots alive of finding ways to educate, engage and excite students in the outdoors without cost being a barrier. My mission is to make the outdoors a place where anything can happen, anything can be made, and life long adventures can & should be had on a regular basis.
The “CRAFTLAB” is all about low cost high engagement activities that take place in student’s back yards and local communities. Some of the activities that exist within the CRAFTLAB are flax weaving, traditional fire craft, tepee construction and recycled bottle rocket construction.
